Well, it's not exactly a craft fail. It's more like a craft display fail.

We did corn syrup painting and it never dried in this hot weather.
Ahh...well, after our melting incident, I'm not surprised. I guess I should add a warning to my post--"not a summer project!"
Eek! Cannot have been fun to clean up...
Hah, well, it actually wasn't as bad as you might think. It washed off really easily. The only problem was finding all of it--there were several of these hanging on the wall, and they all dripped onto everything below.
